​Adults: Take 1-2 teaspoons up to three times daily. Mix with a glass of water or fruit juice and drink immediately before it thickens, or as professionally prescribed. Ensure to maintain a high water intake when using psyllium.

Children: Take 1/2-1 teaspoon daily.
