Adults – Take 1 teaspoon up to 4 times daily; Children – Take ½ to 1 teaspoon twice daily (Adult supervision recommended), or as professionally recommended. Mix with juices, smoothies, yoghurt, salad dressings or dips, alternatively sprinkle over food.
